Submit Your Photos

Fill out the form on the left only after you’ve placed your order and we'll get to work. Turnaround is 48 hours from the time we receive your complete submission — photos uploaded, rooms labeled, style direction confirmed.

Before you submit:

  • File name of each photo should be the room name (Living Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, etc.)

  • Choose a style direction

  • Note any add-ons you'd like (declutter, exterior, rush, twilight)

  • Include the property address and MLS number

What happens after you submit:

1. Confirmation — You'll receive an email within 2 hours confirming we received your order and noting your expected delivery time.

2. Staging — Our team applies AI staging to each photo and runs a human review pass before delivery.

3. Delivery — You receive a download link with your MLS-ready files. If anything needs revision, just reply.
